I help beginner and start-again runners build a running routine that finally feels doable and consistent, even with a busy life.
I wasn't athletic growing up. I didn't see myself as a runner. And when I did start, I ran slowly, with walking breaks (which I still take), while juggling a full-time HR job and motherhood.
But step-by-step, literally, I learned how to make running fit my life instead of having it take over. I focused on consistency, not perfection...and that's what carried me all the way to marathons and even a 50km trail race.
Now, I help runners who feel exactly like I once did:

- unsure where to begin
- stuck in the start-stop cycle
- wanting to feel proud, confident, and consistent
My approach is simple: tiny wins, supportive mindset shifts, and a running plan that works in real life.
